Faversham Raft Race

The 2009 race will take place on Sunday 9th August. Its a great family day out where everyone can be entertained with a Fairground and Live Music. This year the race starts at: 14:30 (2:30pm). We'll be packing up for: 20:00 (8pm).
The Raft Race is honoured to announce that all rafters will be dipping their oars to sound of the Mayor of Faversham's starting pistol. The Mayor of Faversham, Cllr Ted Wilcox, will also announce the winner at the end of the race and pick the first charity raffle ticket. | |
